Can't limit weapon supply with Blue navy

I have a MP mission where there's a small Blue fleet (Stennis, Tarawa, and Normandy) with AV-8B's spawning on the Tarawa and F-18's spawning on the Stennis. I want to restrict them from having the Aim-9x, and Aim-120's. So for each of the three ships, I remove those from the supply list in the advanced tabs. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work, as those weapons are still available to them in the mission.

I know I'm doing it right, because there's a similar fleet (2 Kuznetsovs and a destroyer) for the red team, where I restrict all the R-27's (except for the R model) for the Su-33's and this restriction DOES work properly for them.

Anyone else experiencing this?
