Epsom Spitfire IX Campaign Activations...

Hi,

today I bought the just release Epsom Campaign.

I pushed the DCS World v2.1.1 Alpha update, then played for a while on the Quickstart missions, and decided to install the Campaign.

It fetched the Campaign files, and I proceeded to see if it was under teh Campaigns menu - and ther it was. I ddn't start it though, and went to Multiplayer to play for a while online 1st...

When later I decided to start the Campiagn, DCS asked for the activation, I pasted the code - a fresh one ! - and was issued with - 2 Activations left ???

Wasn't it supposed to be 9 since I never installed it before ?

Campaigns have only 3 activations.

Yes, thx - I had just noticed that too ...

Just looked in my account details, and indeed 1 out of 3 activations spent, so, it's a feature and not a bug :-)

I have a problem and I would like help.

After installing Spicefire's EPSOM tab my PC went off

Alone after 2 minutes of play.

I do not know if it's BUG from the game or if my PC is in trouble.

I've already done a million tests and nothing, I've played other games and they all run

Usually in DCS itself.

I have already formatted the PC several times and the problem continues, after starting the Campaign

Epson in 2 minutes the PC turns itself off.

Only problem occurs in EPSOM CAMPAIGN, using HTC VIVE,

If playing without the HTC LIVE, it runs normally.

I have already tested CPU and GPU temperature and nothing is all normal ...

Temperatures vary between:

CPU - 24ºc to 58ºc

GPU - 18ºc to 33ºc

Note: I have Water Cooler Custon installed.

In the Epson Campaign that is a BUG.

Note I am very sad and disappointed, I had to buy Epsom Campaign again, because with this problem (from the PC shut down alone after 2 minutes of play in the Epsom campaign) I had to ENABLE the campaign several times and the LIMIT of 3

ACTIVATIONS have been exhausted, I think DCS WORLD should review this rule

Of 3 activations and add up to at least 5 in short periods, because someone will certainly have or already had the same problem as me.

Cooling System: Water Cooler Custon.

Note: The shutdown problem only occurs after 2 minutes of playing and using

HTC VIVE.

Without using HTC LIVE the game runs normally.

Activations are a pain.

They should change the system to something similar to rise of flight or il2 battle of stalingrad where you buy whatever and its attached to your username account and when launching dcs it should force people to login first even if you are just playing single player.

That way their would be no need for activations, just a username and pw would suffice.

Too many problems related to lost activations or the sim suddenly asking to reactivate a module thats already been activated.

Its just a pain that isnt needed if an account system was implemented properly and forced everyone to sign in online before they could play.

Does the Game Crash or does your Entire System POWER OFF?
