Purchased product with wrong account

Hi Folks,

 

Ticket is 76723.

 

I made a grave mistake of purchasing a few products on the wrong account.

It seems we cannot personally transfer the serials (product) anymore correct?

 

If support can transfer I would greatly appreciate it!
