BlaizzMC
Hello, to the right of the Alert lights panel there is a button named Alert Network or quick alert respond (QRA). Is for the scramble situation ? And how to use it ? Nabla Corporation

AnnaNass
Not implemented in DCS. What does it do in real? I don't have this switch in my Cessna 172 :pilotfly:
VTJS17_Fire
Not implemented in DCS. IIRC Zeus said, that it will be implemented later, the INS has to be finished first. But it is already clickable. A_Random_Panzer
QRA stands for quick reaction alert, to put it simply it outs the aircraft into standby mode [sIGPIC]http://forums.eagle.ru/signaturepics/sigpic114071_1.gif[/sIGPIC] A-10C, Nevada, Gazelle, F-5E, F-86, MIG-15, FC3, Hawk, Huey, Ka-50, M-2000C, L-39, Combined Arms
droopy114
IIRC, it allow the INS to be constantly powered, thus aligned.
nomdeplume
INS isn't powered when the QRA switch is used, see here: The QRA switch keeps parts of the aircraft powered up, not the INS in any case, so the aircraft remains in a ready state on the ramp. The SOP is to do a normal INS alignment place the aircraft on QRA as soon as it is aligned and when reactivated do a memory alignment.

Azrayen
Zeus was perhaps too quick in his sentence, the INS is powered somehow. You can't control it (PCN/PSM) but the INS itself gets some power (e.g. temp control). Network is short for electric network. It's a specific bus. Luzifer
Not implemented in DCS. If you get external power and you flip that switch, some things are switched on/off. I haven't checked if that implements exactly the alert power networks, but there is at least something implemented.
dannyq8
+1 I don't know if it is fully implemented yet and I've never worked on a Mirage, but it works as I would expect from my experience of QRA. Azrayen
I don't think there is a keybind yet. AFAIK this (relatively minor) feature is still WIP (read: not yet usable), anyway.
