Trouble creating a support ticket on digitalcombatsimulator.com cant connect to multi

Hello,

I have been trying to create a support ticket on digitalcombatsimulator.com. I type in the reuired fields, and hit 'send message'

it resets and states that i need to fill in the message body. i then check 'my tickets' and see that there are no tickets assigned.

I have tried IE9 and firefox 7 with the same results.

can i send my 'ticket to one of the ED team via PM ? or is the site problems just temporary.

I am trying to create a ticket as i am unable to connect to multiplayer lobby. i am using my DCS shop account which i can login to and see my purchases. however when i try to login, and am prompted with a blank reqestor window as these users in this post http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=78068

i have tried to fill the form, http://support.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/new.php from two computers with different internet providers, and also from an android phone. however each time the form resets and asks to 'fill in the message body'

update, i tried to send in the ticket via http://support.lockon.ru/en/new.php as stated in this thread, http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=58801 but i get the same problem, tickets are not sent as it wants me to complete the message field, which i have completed.. please see attached pics, capture1.png is the filled out form, i then press 'send message' capture2.png is after i press send message, where it says i need to fill out message body, and no tickets are created. i have sent off half dozen or so, with nothing appearing in the 'my tickets' sorry if they actually did send, but it seems to me that they are not sending.

Support site now seems to be working. please see support ticket #9474 and respond to the 'unable to login to A10 multiplayer' problem.
