HELP - cant install from Backer Key.

hey all - i figured out how to get my backer key but now am confused on how to install the spit module. i can find it in the e-shop as bought but cannot see it in module manager.

I am worried that this is related to an old issue i had with having two e-shop accounts. I had purchased the original flaming cliffs2 under "dooom" amd accidentally had been logged in as that account when the backer page went up. ALL of my DCS purchases are under "d0o0m" (literally every available module except the WWII stuff) and used to have to issue. how do I move my key from "dooom" to "d0o0m" with the new module manager? Can someone at ED merge my purchases for me? ill keep running into this problem with other planes and the Normandy map i assume.
