Had a weird one recently in my latest Syria mission build where I'm in my Hornet on a hot start at Rayak & the Pilot actually starts his Comms with Beslan instead of Rayak & ATC reply calls out Beslan as well. In the meantime, to avoid this bug you need to restart the game before switching from a theatre to another. Don't accept indie game testing requests from friends in Discord. Ever.
