Is it possible to release the patch with the latest bug fixes?

I don't really care about the hornet

The bug fixes are being tested with an internal build, the patch is never about one product, but many and it all has to be tested before it can be pushed to the public builds.

When we have news we will pass it on.

As an example every fix a dev completes on the dev build has to be tested, then it is merged into a testing build, where it is tested again before public release, also all aspects of the sim, every module, feature, menu, GUI has to be checked before a patch can be made public, it is a huge amount of work.

I presume they're not all Happy tests but you got them automated?

Testing is not a glamorous thing for sure, most of the tests are done manually.

Personally I would like to thank ED for the rather out of character announcement of dates!

I'm sure all the adults here will appreciate these still might change, but I find it refreshing that rather than being told "soon", for once I actually know what that means for these two highly anticipated products.

Congrats and fingers crossed for no last min roadblocks.

Kind Regards,

Gary

I look forward to it as well, but while I will have Persian Gulf installed I am going to refuse to fly anything there until it is the F-18.

Gotta do this right man!
