ME:Triggers:Add user message to debriefing trigger action

to help debugging, becouse track replay is sometimes inaccurate.

for example recording

-report string: ammo replenishment was successful in play (from F10 menu)

-report string: ammo replenishment was UNsuccessful in play (from F10 menu)

-unauthorized fires (with assistance of "group alive less than" / "unit damaged"...)

-group spawned (with assistance of "part of group in zone" / "unit inside zone"...)

It would be possible to record messages to debriefing for debugging purposes in the future?

It would be possible to save debriefing as html in the future?
