Shrike88 Posted April 1, 2020 Share Posted April 1, 2020 Greetings. Diving into the Advanced Nav of the JF. Couple of questions As with other aircraft. When in NAV mode the VORTAC is not displayed on the HSD when tuned. Nor is the Course Line displayed when trying to navigate using Vor navigation. Is this normal ? or a missing feature not implimented yet. Find it hard with no OBS course displayed and the only way to navigate is with the HUD, But there is no DME displayed either. Is this a feature that will be added ? Course line Display, DME, and Navaid thats tuned displayed on the HSD for Situational Awareness and navigation ? Using the HUD is very limited in its current state with TACAN Nav.. You can see from attached images using Kobuleti Tacan for Nav, its not displayed, only the Dest. 51 is displayed, not the VOR. Nor any courselines on the HSD, only the CDI needle and no DME on the HUD. Thanks Shi Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
