Abburo Posted May 8, 2019 Share Posted May 8, 2019 I flew it a bit. Seems for me that is not needed any trim as looks it flies pretty straight out of the box. Its turn rate is also fantastic good... and very hard to stall it. All these makes me wonder how accurate is the FM.. I am not saying it is not true how is modeled, I just don't know how close to reality it is. I only can use it as AI Plane in the Editor. The Installation seems correct because it is listed in the installed Modules. There is now errormessage or a Message about not activated. Is it a Problem of the last Open Beta Update from yesterday? Apart for some aesthetic bugs (like gear showing always down in other players planes or doors not opening in the view of other players) we had a lot of fun :D. Might be quite floaty with flaps, and can fly really slow without stall. No expert here so I leave this to real pilots that could give us some feedback about it. Beautiful sound and amazing texture work Overall. very unique to fly, nice maneuverability and aerobatic capabilities. Great work OctopusG, best early access plane I have ever seen. I think you are right, our I-16 seems to have four 7.62 ShKAS machine guns, i don't know why War Thunder says the Type 24 has 2x7x62 and 2x20mm.
