auto height button

guys, when you slow down and engage the auto hover, you get the overhead warning light and also the A light illuminates on your right lower panel, now when I exit auto hover that A light never goes out and I need to manually click it with the mouse (auto hover is on hotas)

if it comes on with auto hover shouldn't it go off with it? isn't it linked?

The altitude hold channel coming on with hover hold and not off when hover hold is discontinued has always been. I assume it's real behavior.

If you (and I recommend) map a button on your collective controller for collective brake and squeeze that button every time you move the handle. When that becomes muscle memory you barely notice the channel being on.

I also have the channel button bound to keyboard 'H' so it's easy to turn on and off.
