The yellow color for the cursor and BE related information if AA Waypoint is selected, are there for contrast to better read the information presented to the pilot. This is true to life and you will see more changes as SA page is coded and a few other features we don't have just yet. I thought DDIs could only display green and were not RGB capable? It depends on the display type. 2.13.4.1 Digital Display Indicators (DDI). ... On aircraft 163985 AND UP the DDIs are NVG compatible and display three colors (red, yellow, and green) for stroke information. Not sure if this is what it’s referring to, but you can pull up the map on any DDI by pressing HSI on the Support page, the only caveat being that it won’t show the color map in the background, just a black background.
