TotenDead
А ЭДСУ на 15ке выключалась? На Ф-15 нет ЭДСУ. Вообще
Melitara

GGTharos
The F-15 has a hydro-mechanical system called the CAS. It does employ roll damping and a couple of other techniques, and it can be turned off in game. It does not limit aircraft G or AoA. As for incidents with F-15's falling apart, there are 3 that I know of: 1. overspeed to ~900KIAS, vertical stabilizer disintegrated which caused other aerodynamic stresses and so the aircraft disintegrated. Pilot killed. I don't know if I remember the speed correctly. 2. over-g but under unknown conditions because there is no published data. From what I can remember a heavy F-15 was doing a high-speed pass and pitch-up over a runway and disintegrated on the pitch-up due to over-g. We don't know the aircraft g or weight. 3. F-15C distintegrated at 3g due to defective longeron. You have probably heard of this case, it only happened a few years ago. What about F-15C incidents where it was not destroyed: 1. 12.5g (highest recorded) pulled for several seconds, airframe bent. Pilot was trying to save himself from certain death in a near-supersonic dive into the sea because he had become disoriented. This aircraft landed but could never be used again. 2. 12g 'over-g' (Actual number not exactly known) in gulf war when engaging MiG-25s. Aircraft was serviced and used again. Weight unknown. 3. Numerous cases of over-g apparent from USAF study regarding human GLOC cases. It listed a number of over-g from 9.x to 12. The higher the over-g, the fewer the incidents. Aircraft weights unknown. No aircraft losses noted from over-g except for #1 and #2 above. Now, should the DM of the F-15C include over-g damage? Of course it should, and ED said that they will do it eventually. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
