Just a quick note, first your CE Eagle is pretty damn good, loads of default skins, I was well pleased to see this post about an official template, only one problem when I click on the links in your post I get a new window full of what looks like gibberish, not the expected template, hope you can help, keep up the good work.

Right click the url and click download instead of just clicking the url. Apparently, the web server is treating it like a ascii text file instead of binary.
