average_pilot Posted July 30, 2018 Share Posted July 30, 2018 I just wanted ED to know that I'm loving being able to set full military power without having to worry about afterburners kicking in when I don't want to use them, but when I really want afterburners I press the finger lift button on my throttle. No more "I think around here must be 100% power without afterburner, maybe a little more... no, afterburners are now on, a little less then, yes, about here..." The guess game is over. I hope to see something like this implemented in other modules. I mean, an afterburner detent button for all the aircrafts fitted with afterburners. The Hornet's finger-lifts IRL don't actually have to be lifted to go to MAX when there is no weight on wheel, instead there is a slight bump that you push through.
