Keks
[keyboard]: 1. Autopilot on/off toggle (currently we only have turn autopilot off) Not 100% sure, but I dont think this option exists. Similar logic can be found in the hornet for example.

sideshow
[Keyboard] AA/AG Switch two way (up/down) and toggle [Device] AA/AG Switch two way (up/down) and toggle This would be huge for the 3 position switches. Similar to the way the mode switch is mapped on the F-16.

My personal preference if I had to chose a handful would be the UFCP, Radio Control Panel, and the Weapon Master Arm Switch. It would be a huge help if you were able to include Default keyboard keybinds with the new binds so that everyone flying the JF-17 will be on the same page when helping eachother out and making device profiles. MobiSev
Not 100% sure, but I dont think this option exists. Similar logic can be found in the hornet for example. It isn't like the F-18 where pressing the autopilot button merely brings up a set of autopilot options from which to choose. As soon as you press the autopilot button in the 17, it will enable attitude hold. It would be extremely helpful to have this bound to a keyboard button. No. You select the autopilot via ufc and the button turns it off.

MobiSev
No. You select the autopilot via ufc and the button turns it off. When you press the UFCP BUTTON A/P in the 17, attitude hold turns on as soon as it is pressed. When you press the arrow next to ATT, the mode switches to Altitude hold. All I want is a keyboard bind for the AP button on the UFC. Thanks for all the hard work. Binding landing gear and having 3 way option for master modes is going to be really handy. uboats
can anyone help me about 3 way option for master mode? is it a single entry in input list or 2 entries or 3 entries? i don't have such device, so cannot know if anyone can also share an example, that would be appreciated [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] My DCS Mods, Skins, Utilities and Scripts | Windows 10 | i7-4790K | GTX 980Ti Hybrid | 32GB RAM | 3TB SSD | | TM Warthog Stick | CH Pro Throttle + Pro Pedal | TIR5 Pro | TM MFD Cougar | Gun Camera: PrtScn |
Tippis
can anyone help me about 3 way option for master mode? is it a single entry in input list or 2 entries or 3 entries? i don't have such device, so cannot know if anyone can also share an example, that would be appreciated Three-position switches are usually two entries: • [up position] else [middle] • [down position] else [middle] This is because that's how these switches are most commonly done in the controller hardware: up and down yield an button push input, the middle position is just when neither of those two positions are activated. As an example, here's how the Mirage implements its three-position mode select switch — a perfect case for binding to the TM Warthog boat switch: {down = iCommandPlaneModeCannon, up = iCommandPlaneModeGrid, name = _('AA Gun SELECT, else PCA SELECT'), category = _('3-Pos. Switch Abstractions')}, {down = iCommandPlaneModeFI0, up = iCommandPlaneModeGrid, name = _('MAGIC SELECT, else PCA SELECT'), category = _('3-Pos. Switch Abstractions')}, On each “button down” — i.e. when you put the switch in the up or down position — separate commands are sent (iCommandPlaneModeCannon / “Gun select” and iCommandPlaneModeFI0 / “Magic select” in this case). On each “button release” — i.e. when the switch is returned to the neutral middle position — both of them trigger the same command (iCommandPlaneModeGrid / “PCA select”). I can then bind the boat switch forward to the first option and boat switch aft to the second one. Two-position switches are usually just one entry: • [up position] else [down position] Again, the hardware implementation is commonly that the up position sends a button input; the down position is just that the same input is missing. Once again blatantly copying from the Mirage, the gear lever is a simple switch: {down = iCommandPlaneGearUp, up = iCommandPlaneGearDown, name = _('Landing Gear UP, else DOWN'), category = _('3-Pos. Switch Abstractions')}, When the button is pushed — i.e. when the switch is flipped up — the iCommandPlaneGearUp is sent; when it is released, when the switch is down, the iCommandPlaneGearDown is sent instead. For any latched switch, I can now simply bind its on position to this abstraction. In both cases, if you don't use these kinds of command definitions but rather have direct binds to cockpit devices and device values, the code gets slightly more complex but the general logic is the same. Eg: {down = 3462, up = 3462, cockpit_device_id = 14, value_down = -1, value_up = 0, name = _('Slats RETRACT, else AUTO'), category = _('3-Pos. Switch Abstractions')}, {down = 3462, up = 3462, cockpit_device_id = 14, value_down = 1, value_up = 0, name = _('Slats EXTEND, else AUTO'), category = _('3-Pos. Switch Abstractions')}, {down = 3421, up = 3421, cockpit_device_id = 3, value_down = 0, value_up = 1, name = _('FBW Gain NORM, else EMER'), category = _('3-Pos. Switch Abstractions')}, The general logic is that any kind of neutral/off position for the switch should also be when the hardware switch isn't sending any message, which generally means the down position for two-position switches or the middle position for three-position switches. Mnemonic
Actually top critical for me, surprised I couldn't bind it... [device] - Gear (Up, Down, Up/Down) - Flaps - Parachute deploy - Parachute release And a bit less critical: [Device] - Buttons on UFC (numericals, selectors) - Master Caution button Edited December 14, 2019 by Mnemonic

Ala12Rv-watermanpc
Not sure if already asked but I would LOVE to have the antena elevation up/down key merged with tpod fov (zoom in/out) just like the hornet so we can use radar elevation and tpod zoom in the same 2 keys instead of 4 keys as now...I know this works when using an axis for antena elevation but I cant use an axis for this so I would like to do it with buttons. Thanks! Take a look at my MODS here
AeriaGloria
But in the real plane they are different. Antenna elevation on the throttle and S2 up and down on stick. How could they be merged without affecting the other utilities of S2 up and down like changing range on SOI? How could they be merged without affecting the other utilities of S2 up and down like changing range on SOI? I think he's talking about the two key pairs that correspond to the functionality of the antenna elevation dial. The real dial affects two different sensor controls depending on SOI; the corresponding keys only affect one each, when it really should be the case that they had the same effect (and that they weren't split up like they currently are). ❧ ❧ Inside you are two wolves. viper2097
Also a keybing for the throttle cut-off / idle detend would be needed, to use it with the WH Throttle. Floydii
UBoats, great job on getting all those bindings in game. I've spent the morning mapping AAP and UFC buttons! In the next update, could you please include keybinds for the internal lights (INST/DISPLAY, CONSOLES, and FLOOD) with clockwise/counterclockwise options along with the external lights as well. The #1 priority here would be the EXT MASTER switch, as it is the one I would likely bind to a keypress OR HOTAS to quickly turn all lights on or off. Thanks for your efforts.
