How to Fix Broken Missions

I exhaustively test and tweak the missions I publish, as I suspect is the case with most mission designers. Before I make them available I do my best to ensure they are bug-free. Test-flying a mission 40 times is not uncommon. Unfortunately when working with a program in beta-testing status like DCSW and F/A-18C, program updates occasionally "break" a good mission.

Such is the case with at least one of my missions "Refinery Strike Escort." To "repair" that mission I loaded it into the mission editor and resaved it. Voila! So, try this simple technique when you encounter a mission that will not load properly. May not always work, but worth a try.
