I don't know why any of you would pre order, there has been no real indication of what state the p47 is actually going to release in.

That is certainly your choice, but not need to lobby others to your own personal choice, let them make their own.

As long as they release it in the state I'm living in, or have lived in (13 of those), or even a state in other countries I've visited (lost count years ago). Heck, even if they release it in a state I've never been to, I'll still buy it. I'll pre-order if it needs a few more weeks, or months, in the oven to finish baking. As long as it has wings attached. Or still in the crate with some assembly required...

Am I being too subtle? :music_whistling::pilotfly::joystick:

I just wish they’d hype it up more... especially during this quarantine, it would be neat to get weekly developers note’s or videos showing some of the things they’re working on.

Didn’t they have a series of F-16 videos before that module was release for early access?

Totally this, i mean the JUG is a Flagship module for WW2 in my mind. Show her off alittle maybe release some pilot notes on how to use the Turbo supercharger most effectively. List could go on and on.

I say the same for the ww2 damage model and the ww2 asset pack update. I say show what you can and your comfortable with, From tid bits in the trailers stuff looks amazing especially the jugs reflections with SSLR on

I would pre-order even if P-47 progress was 1%

quite being a Debbie downer, the Jug is going be amazing, and was said it will release in a complete state. Look forward to it whether its complete or EA

It was stated at first that it would be released as a complete module and then, at the famous Kate's Reddit post, it says EA release so maybe the plans changed or it was a mistake from Kate when writing that post.

True. However I am again asking if he p47 is experiencing the same fps issue as the: spitfire, fw190a, fw190d, bf109, yak52 as it would be very misleading to not tell people about it before release. As I can not fly the 5 mentioned aircraft. It is ridiculous.

Hey hazzer, I have no problem with FPS while flying WWII modules with very similar PC specs... Though not using VR, but steady 60 FPS is no problem...

Same for me, although this could be because I limit my FPS to 60 (TrackIR works better if FPS locked in DCS) and as I have overhead, I don't notice drops. In VR the FPS drops are way more noticeable.

Hi, the issue is well known and exists in all of the prop aircraft apart from the p51. See the below thread for more info:

https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=253448&page=3

The issue becomes more noticeable when there are more than one of the affected aircraft in the same area, it is much much more noticeable in VR. I tried it in 2d and if the frames are locked you won't notice it, but see ninelines graphs in the linked thread and you can still notice an effect. So that with the already poor VR performance makes the game unplayable :(

Perfectly playable on my end, infact coming back to dcs it looks like the props have been adjusted to work better with Vr. Looks different than the past to me. But anyway back to the jug

Nope. That is why the issue isn't marked as fixed. You must be the exception. Ah well, lucky for some.

Yeah quite annoying, I have a PS3 Eye camera on my way to try OpenTrack and see how it goes. For 20 € I wanted to give it a try.

Afirm. Don't want to derail this thread too much though. I am keen to find out if the P47 will be having the issues like the others. Hopefully nineline or bignewy can confirm this, as I have been asking about this and the mosquito for quite a while.

Are you sure about the 190D and 109? I don't see much of an issue with them, but anyways, it is reported, and is a complex fix. Please stop swinging threads offtopic, I know its an important issue, but spamming it about won't get it fixed any faster. Thanks.

Awesome! Hope we get the 108gal tanks of the 51 too! Really looking forward to the P47 - probably my most anticipated module.
