Also, I just check speed test. I am at 12ms ping 600 MB/s down and 50 MB/s up. Hang in there, it'll break loose and finish. Updater gets stuck repeatedly during the "Downloading and applying deltas" phase and while stuck, uses copious amounts of CPU time (100% of one core).
