They talked about it a little in one of the past updates. 2.5 utilizes Speedtree technology (Im not sure if 2.2 uses it, or to what extent) and has improved lighting and I'm guessing other performance optimizations. And strait of hormuz will be discussed. 2.5 Will be sliightly better fps. In future vulcan API Will be implemented for a serious fps boost. That is what i know and what is confirmed. January we know more by release of it.
