Start on runway

Go flaps down...throttle up 100%....head down runway. it seems slow...my wing man now has passed me and is all ready up! Nose up 10 Degrees... finally I lift off runway...up gear...flaps up. Now it seems to never go over 140 Mph now I am fighting it, and now I am falling. On my way to crashing. What am I missing?? Please advise.

We need more info. Do you have a mission file or track we could look at? Based on your description it sounds like you're stalling, are you taking off with full afterburner? Are flaps set to HALF, or FULL? (should be HALF for a field takeoff).

Also just as a side note, the airspeed indicator in the HUD is in knots, not miles per hour.

I know it wouldn't affect you in the air, although might if you are already stalling on take off, but you don't have the parking brake set, or have toe brakes set at all?

Just a thought as it could explain you being slow on take off roll?

Please add a short track replay showing the issue.

Are you in sim or game mode?

By the sounds of the falling after takeoff, I suspect you have game mode enabled.
