I made MGRS grid identical to the one visible on Caucasus map. It covers the whole playable area and grids are named (ex. GG26) You can use it external apps for DCS where you display custom map. I've just tested it in Quantum GIS and it works very well, though a large Caucasus area remains uncovered (below, your grid in black). I've been using freely available Shapefiles for a year now to draw an MGRS grid on my DCS Caucasus map (above in blue). You can get the Shapefiles here.
