A8 to fast after update?

Only brief video. Usualy spend more time on "measured" speed, just to be sure.

When i perform this test at another altitudes i throttle back to max. continuous power climb and do the same like i did in video, level plane, set power and wait...:)

I always use data from "Info bar".

Yeah.. crazy acceleration.. Thanks for the effort! I'll give more tries..

Eh.. so it's OK after all?
It's still underpowered.. and Saburo probably has wind, so TAS would be smaller. I still can't go past 540km/h with rads flaps completely closed. Also, you can't cook the engine no matter what you do. Is it still in beta?

Wind was set to 0 for all altitudes, as i do always for these tests.

With wind it makes no sense.

Be sure to have properly trimmed plane it has some influence particularly for planes with trimmable stabilizer.

For what it's worth, there's a small difference between what instrument shows and F2 "TAS" shows. I've just made a test run in ISA conditions like Saburo and the plane got to 546 on F2 bar without problems, though on the gauge it was 540 indeed.

The Airspeed Indicator shows Indicated Airspeed IAS.

The difference between IAS and TAS is roughly 3kph at 100m altitude and speed we are talking about.

When i switch F2 info bar to IAS scale i see may be 2kph difference between F2 value and number which i read from the airspeed indicator.

And the arspeed indicator does not have extremly accurate scale to say OK it is 542kph or 543kph.
