No Failures

Hello,

I'wanted to try out Emergency Procedures, but when editing my Mission I discovered that I couldn't activate the Failure of any of the aircraft's systems:

I searched on this Forum but couldnt find anything about this .. Will you be implementing the Failures Tab?

I really appreciated the Status Report that @OverStratos gave on his March 21st post; please dont let it be a one time thing and post something similar every 2-3 months :) items that are important to me are:

- A skin Template, so the users can start creating custom templates for this aircraft.

- Availability of Missions and a Campaign ... currently there is only Instant Action and Training missions available. (tough I saw Baltic Dragon stating that the Campaign is almost ready)

- Getting the Military Power and AB buttons of the throttle to work.

- Implementing the System's failures

- Delivery Tables for Rockets and Bombs.

Thanks a lot, I love the plane and just want to see it reaching full completion.

Best regards

.

Not sure if you have tried this;

I seem to find i can only set up the failures when cold and dark on the deck (f18)

not sure if this is the same thing for you though.

The Failures Tab only appears when your aircraft is set to "Player" .. if you have it set to "client" then dcs assumes you are going to use the mission for Multiplayer and then the Failures Tab doesnt appear on the ME.

I tried other aircrafts, on the same mission where I took the above screenshot, and they do show the Failures list .. for example, the C-101, the MiG-21 .. didnt try the Hornet tough.

Hi,

It's a pity that Razbam didnt bother to acknowledge the issue, as I wanted to edit a few missions to practice Emergency Procedures and I needed a way to trigger system's failures on demand.

The aircraft is really nice, but after another Openbeta update with no progress on it I have to face the fact that it will be a while before the MiG reaches a status where it is worth investing more time with it, so I'm quitting on it :(

Best regards.

I had the hope that today's OpenBeta update would bring improvements to the Farmer ... unfortunately, no such luck :(

Currently most of the coding power is focused on the Mirage and Harrier, Mig-19 updates are advancing slowly but most of the few missing things will be enabled as soon as coders have more time to get into it.

OK, thanks for acknowledging this.

Best wishes.
