It is indeed the ONLY map that stutters, especially at low altitude.
Caucasus, Nevada and PG are perfectly fine.

Well given that Ugra media is most likely some students and a lecturer running their operation from a polytech, I am not surprised that they don't have much of a customer-service ethic.

Listing: https://4science.ru/organization/OOO-UGRA-MEDIA

Full name of organization
Limited Liability Company "YUGRA-MEDIA"
Head of the organization
Mansurov Sergey Alexandrovich
Address
628011, Khanty-Mansiysk, Student, house 27, office 505

Address is listed as room 505 in a student block!
It's within the Tekhnopark Vysokikh Tekhnologiy

Their contact details page still has placeholder text: http://ugra-media.ru/#footer

My guess is these guys are cheap-cheap-cheap, which is why they're getting contracts (quality be damned?)

Placing millions of objects is something I'd get a student to do also. No surprises here.
I hear ED are just done with their Terrain SDK. Can't we club together to outsource this to Asia? There's some talent, but mostly legwork in terrains.

I never understood why ED can’t give the map making SDK to a dedicated group of forum folk with a shown ability to make terrains with the expectation that it is voluntary and a free map. There must be loads of talented people here who could team up to make brilliant maps.

Welcome, Ugra Media,
I suggest you fix Normandy and learn two cents on how to treat customers, no matter what kind of company / group you are, if you expect people to pay for anything you do.

Until then, goodbye.
