Are the FC3 and standalone F-15C's 100% identical?

On another forum where there was a DCS discussion thread, somebody said that the standalone aircraft have slightly more realistic flight models than their FC3 counterparts, making them slightly harder to use, but better in experienced hands. Is this true? And, yes, I am aware of what the DCS store says. I just wanted to ask, since this is the second time I've seen this claim made.

the stand alone and bundle FC3 F-15c are the same aircraft.

Is this true?

The dates of these claims are important as the advanced/professional flight models were added gradually through recent years, like Su-33 got it just last year.

The instant missions are different.
