As some may know, I have a YouTube channel in which I made a Basic Fundamentals course for the F-15C. I received quite a bit of good feedback. In, deciding which aircraft to do next, I figured I'd ask you guys. Please, let me know below. It would help out a lot! Thanks! I hope everyone is having a great week. Stay safe!

Hi Pac-Man,

thank you very much for asking. I would like to see training on the MIG-29.

It is somewhat on the opposite side of the F-15, though I know it is better comparable to the F-16.

While it's not as advanced avionics-wise as it american adversaries , but still interesting due to quirky features like the

IRST and its early helmet mounted off-boresight cueing system.

Additionally it has freshly received its PFM and I guess a couple of new users along with it

and its one the modules that usually doesn't get that much coverage on youtube, at least not in regard to on how to operate

it efficiently.

Simply my 5 cents, or roubles in this case :-)

Thank you ,

Kind regards,

Snappy

I agree, the MiG-29 and the Su-33 are the most interesting of the FC3 planes ... and there isnt much on the way of good training for them on YT, seems that the Su-27 gathered all the attention :)

Cheers!

Edit: Just subscribed to your channel and started viewing your F-15 series ... I liked the contents, and also the fact that you refrain from adding cheesy background music ... but the "radio" voice effect of the instructor makes it harder to understand, at least for us non-native english speakers.

So, I hope that, on your next Tutorials, you will use your normal voice :)

Best regards

I absolutely agree. I only used it in the first couple videos. The whole point is to teach, can't do that if people can't understand me. :) So, yes the radio effect is gone lol. Thank you very much for the subscription. I'll be getting started this week :)

Please, keep posting thoughts guys. I really want to try to get a comprehensive training channel going for the community. What are your thoughts on Mission Editor training? I was thinking of a course on this as well. This would be "as is" training. Not using custom scripts and such...

Spitfire needs some love too! Also one of my favourite ones is the MIG 15! I’m loving the FA-18 but it’s not complete yet so I’d hold off on that.

Warbirds would be a fun one too.. Hadn't thought about those old ladies. Yes, I definitely agree on the holding off on the Hornet. Plus, there's a ton of content on her.

Thanks PacMan, plenty of good content out there, but often its just specific. Would be good to see how a full mission is run:

- Which weapons to pick for the job

- Which routes to take to attack target

- How to find targets the best

- Roll in maneuvers, egress patterns etc

- Comms throughout

thanks

Another vote for the Ka-50 here. I've just started to learn this and the tutorials out there are very dated and haphazard, which is not surprising as this module is very old in the DCS stable.

There are lots of tutorials for the more recently released modules so maybe going back in time would fill some holes out there for those of us trying out the older versions.

Whatever, will look forward to seeing your next videos, thanks.
