If there was / is no stated SATAL 2019 rule as conceded here by Moltar himself,
thus there can be no ban, for that seems rather illegitimate, for such are the common rules of society.

No punishment without a rule.

You can or might want to disqualify results and rematch I'd opine, after consulting the parties involved who have standing, after which jointly there shall be agreement on to be established new rules.

There is a clear SATAL rule:"You may NOT change the air frame line up between rounds of a match. eg. choosing 4 F15, 2 Su27 cannot be altered until the next match. This same rule is applied to Gold League as well."
On 9th Nov,UVAF VS inSky dimond match, UVAF have 3 F15 in round 1 and 4 F15 ｉｎ round 2, we notice that and we don't care. After all this is just a PC game. We come here just for fun and shooting something down especially it is always midnight in China. Some our teamates may have work to do nextday or wife issue, can't play game all night,
