player among many client slots

We have no luck to modding a multiplayer mission with a single PLAYER slot -> crash

Missions attached by hand to log zips.

Crash reproduceable with "Main menu/mission" or "Mission editor/flight/fly mission" in these missions.

100 unit limit with playable slots

 

game crash not occured with 99 and 100 friendly A/C units, but above 100 crash is imminent

either red or blue side. (from main menu or ME/normal fly)

 

Please acknowledge this crash finally!

How do you get 100+ "Players"? It's completely wrong and Mission Editor can't get such possibility. Replace your 'Player' to 'Clients' and mission will run.

Glad to see you readed my report.

 

How do you get 100+ "Players"?

CTRL+C to player then paste it with CTRL+V hundred times or more and immediately saved the mission. View unit list box was the counter. (I not clicked to icon of any aircraft.)

It's completely wrong and Mission Editor can't get such possibility.

Not designed for, but ME allow it. See the method and the sample missions.

Replace your 'Player' to 'Clients' and mission will run.

I would happily forget the only one single player slot when all the client slots are capable of setting custom FAILURES independently. (left engine, right engine, hud, mfd...)

Actually all the clients FAILURES tab edit the failures of the single player. (No type match needed.)

 

With high "client" count and a "player" (real life MP mission modding) game can crash. See my previous posts. I hope this will be fixed once.

 

(These missions works in "prepare mission" mode, but in that mode no track recording.)

((I tricked the crash packer now to attach a good mission with prepare mission first.))
