VC
I tried it and it doesn't work, mounted 3 TPODs but when selecting on MFDs there's not way to switch between them and only one is active. But wouldn't this be so cool? Circling above the battlefield, one TPOD on each MFD, lasing 3 things on different codes as other people come in and ripple LGBs that hit different targets. Is this capability possible ILR? Sorry, it's not a serious suggestion just thought it might be fun. :music_whistling: VC =X51= Squadron is recruiting! Mr_sukebe
I can’t see it being genuinely viable to spot multiple targets from a single aircraft. However, I did wonder whether it would be viable on a battlefield to have multiple ground forces and say some drones all spotting at the same time whilst using different laser codes. Would that allow a single ripple from an APKMS to fire say 6 rockets at 6 vaguely closely spaced targets at the same time System: 9700, 64GB DDR4, 2070S, NVME2, Rift S, Jetseat, Thrustmaster F18 grip, VPC T50 stick base and throttle, CH Throttle, MFG crosswinds, custom button box, Logitech G502 and Marble mouse. Mr_sukebe
With laser code set by pylon, you could manage 2 at once I wonder if that will be viable in game? Would make battlefield loitering safer and faster. VC
Would also be cool, in a similar vein, if you could have the video feed of both C-701s up at the same time, or at least flick between them like the 802 MITL, so you can lock and fire both at once instead of one by one. But basically the POD page can only ever be on one MFD, which I guess is a realistic limitation. VC =X51= Squadron is recruiting! AeriaGloria
I wonder if that will be viable in game? Would make battlefield loitering safer and faster. You can by changing laser code per pylon on ground, but i don’t really suggest it unless you really want to manage two JTACs at once Black Shark Den Squadron Member: We are open to new recruits, click here to check us out or apply to join! https://blacksharkden.com
