FoxTwo
Reading through some documentation I seem to recall that engaging auto throttle requires the friction lever to be completely disengaged on the throttle. Currently you can have the friction lever all the way forward and ATC will engage. I'm guessing this is because that while the friction lever does move, it doesn't actually have any effect in game. ED Team BIGNEWY Posted September 21, 2020 ED Team Share Posted September 21, 2020 From what I am reading it is It is only recommended that the friction lever be in the full aft position and both throttles set between flight idle and MIL before engaging ATC. A force of approximately 68 pounds (with friction off) is required to override the system. Forum rules - DCS Crashing?
