So, importing a miz file and reconstructing (exporting) it back does not give you the exact original miz file. The main purpose of CombatFlite is to be a flight planning tool
Ok, thanks for the reply, its as I expected. Still an awesome tool, thanks for all the work you have put into it!

See the old DCS Mission Planner:
http://jboecker.github.io/dcs-missio...er_client.html

and the DCS thread:
https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=121145

by [FSF] Ian. It could upload a miz file to a web site and each side could log in, make changes and then recombined them into a miz file that could be downloaded without anyone seeing the mission for the other side.

It was brilliant but so many changes to DCS so rapidly back then that it did not work for long.

CF imports from miz files:
  • Flight plans
  • Engagement zones
  • Ground units initial positions
  • Bullseye
  • Navpoints
  • Briefing
  • Weather

It doesn't import FARP positions for the moment.
