Audio independent of view position in cockpit

Hi!

I don't post here often, so apologies if this wish has already been submitted.

I, like many others, often play DCS in VR. The new audio option for splitting audio to external speakers and headset is awesome for this!

I also have a 5.1 surround system, and when turning around your head, the sound changes in the stereo picture as if you were wearing a headset.

Now, I wish for a setting that makes the sound "static" (while in the cockpit,) so that regardless of where you are looking, the sound is the same. This would make a huge immersion difference, especially in the warbirds.
