What's the status with this bug? Is there a workaround? We're still getting multiple crashes per day, sometimes per hour.

1.5.7 crashes a lot more than 1.5.6 server , I hope this gets sorted in 1.5.8 ?

Same here -- system freeze on start up or few mins into game causing BSOD requiring hard reboot

This also happens when hosting 1.5.8 server

 

repo steps

 

1. Have a busy dedciated server running with lots of people (it is time for restart of server), tell people to come back in 5 mins

2. Shutdown server, close DCS

3. Start up DCS go to MP and start to host a session ..... now DCS is loading the MP mission ...

 

At this point people can and WILL connect but because server is still getting on its feet and if SEVERAL people connect server will crash with AsyncNet.dll error
