Crash for no reason help please

Hello all recently purchased a new computer and when I open the game suddenly brings me out then I try again and I can not enter more have shut it off and turn it back on go again and after a while do me the same please help.It is are the specifications of the computer. Processor interR core tm i7-6700k CPU @ 4.00ghz 4.01 Ghz sistem 64-bit ope Sistem x64-based processor no pen or touch input is available for this play. Nvidia 1060 sata 250

hard to troubleshoot but I would begin with memory on a new system. Take the ram out except for 1 stick and run it. If it runs replace the stick till you find the one causing the problem. Do you have adequate power supply? and adequate cooling for the cpu? You can run memtest to check it also. try running a benchmark program and see if that causes the same problem.

It's a new system. It doesn't have the "Redistributed" files installed. He will need all of them. including the one recommended in the last update.

He will also need to ensure all drivers are up to date. Tusler although the system is new it is possible your drivers aren't up

to date. Shelf life and all.
