Help with 2 successive spawn at random time

Hi,

I need some help to solve this problem. Here's the situation :

Nevada map

476th objects mod

A pair of F/A-18C

1. Spawn of a single agressor at random time (trigger ok for this one)

2. When the enemy is dead, spawn of a pair of agressor (not ok)

I don't know why the second spawn does not work.
