Crash *
Hello. I can not use UHF Radio in the Gazelle. Is it my fault or is UHF not implemented at the moment? :helpsmilie: System Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, RX 6900 XT, 64GB RAM // Tobsen CM Kollektiv, VPC CM3 Throttle, VPC WarBRD Rudder Pedals, VPC T-50 CM2 + WarBRD Base VR: HP Reverb G2 Helis: UH-1H / KA-50 3 / Mi-8 / Mi-24P / SA-342 / AH-64D Jets: F-5E / F-14A/B / F/A-18C / MC-2000 / A-10C II / AV-8B / AJS 37 / MIG-21bis / F-16C / F-15E / F-4E (soon) WWII: Spitfire / WWII Assets Pack Tech.: Combined Arms / NS430 / Supercarrier Maps: Nevada / Persian Gulf / Normandie / Syria / South Atlantic Waiting for: BO-105 / OH 58D / CH-47 Chinook / G.91R / Tornado IDS / A-7E Corsair II
The_Tau
Gazelle got VHF, UHF and Secret NATO close comms radio. You set frequency on all of them and they you just use one radio menu button. System will know which radio you will use as long frequencies on them match set frequencies in allies radios u want to contact with Tau's Youtube channel Twitch channel https://www.twitch.tv/the0tau
Crash *
Sometime the ATC is answering on UHF, sometimes not. JTAC is not answering at all. Even not on VHF. With other modules i have no issues. Ramsay
AFAIK (it's a few versions since I tested), the Gazelle only transmits on VHF AM (118–143.975 MHz), the radio stack mixer/selector is WIP and limited in function. IIRC you can tune into UHF (ie AWACS, ATC, etc.) and hear the AI respond to other players radio calls, etc. but not call 'bogie dope', etc. yourself. I'm not sure if the Gazelle's AI AWACS/JTAC are functional. i9 9900K @4.7GHz, 64GB DDR4, RTX4070 12GB, 1+2TB NVMe, 6+4TB HD, 4+1TB SSD, Winwing Orion 2 F-15EX Throttle + F-16EX Stick, TPR Pedals, TIR5, Win 10 Pro x64, 1920X1080
WildBillKelsoe
I confirm that only VHF AM (the front most one) is implemented. Consult this thread for modeled or simulated systems. Edited June 21, 2017 by WildBillKelsoe AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.
