By that I mean do you see the diamond in the upper right corner of the DDI that you are trying to move the TDC on, whether or not that is the radar, SA page, TGP, or HUD? If not, then you have to select that DDI using Sensor Control Switch (SCS) Fwd/Aft/Left/Right and then you should be able to slew your TDC. Default Keyboard Binds are: SCS - Aft = RAlt + .
