Svend_Dellepude
It looks like the airfield is not completely level, which have a very negative effect on SFM aircraft. I just replaced the -29 with an F-15 and everything is normal. EDIT: SU-27 is good also. Marduk879
This bug is related directly to DCS an SFM planes, it appeared after some patch in 1.5.6. Its not related to controls or input setting at all. For me the Su-27 and MiG-29S pull both to the left.

kelpie
After a bit more testing I found that the Mig-29S still pulls a little when at Sukhumi-Babushara. I hope this will get fixed in 2.5. mytai01
Everything can affect steering. Asymmetrical thrust, breaks, load out, the wind, and the slope of the terrain you're taxiing or taking off from. Just like in real life! Just accept it as realistic. The only problem is it's not very realistic. If I had wind set to anything other than 0 I would agree, but I don't. I also used several different airfields in 1.5.7 and tried with no weapons loaded and the 29S and (I found a few days ago) the 29G always pulls to the side no matter what. It wouldn't be so bad if I had pedals for the rudder and steering, I could just compensate. But since pedals are not sold in my area (I was lucky to get the T.Fllight Stick X I have) I'm stuck until this is fixed. I'm just waiting for 2.5 and the PFM for the Mig-29 before I say anything more about it. :smilewink: Edited September 24, 2017 by kelpie Modules: Owned: P-51D, F/A-18C, AJS-37, NTTR, F-5E, M-2000C, Bf 109, Fw 190 D-9, F-86F, Mig-15Bis, A-10C, Combined Arms, Mi-8Mtv2, UH-1H, Black Shark 2, Mig-21Bis, FC3, F-14A/B, Mig-19, Spitfire, JF-17, Persian Gulf Would Like to See: Mig-29K, Su-24, Mig-25, J-8II, J-10 , Tornado __________________ Specifications: Windows 10 64Bit, i7-7700K 4.2Ghz, GTX 1080, 16Gb RAM, T.flight Stick X

kelpie
Like I said, thrust, sloped terrain, etc. All this can affect the performance also...not just wind. The thing is, thrust is the same. The Mig-29A runs fine as well as all the other aircraft. The 29S and 29G are the only 2 in 1.5.7 that drift left while taxiing. So thrust shouldn't be an issue for just those 2 variants. Especially since the G and A models use the same engines. As for terrain, that would only work if it drifted in a certain direction all the time (ex: east) and only on certain airfields. In this case the 29S and G are only drifting left and on every single airfield no matter what direction I'm going. I don't think the terrain is shifting under my plane so it's always leaning to the left. :P I have to wait for the PFM Su-33 to get released on 2.1 before I can see if it has the issue still. It runs the same engines as the Su-27 and the 27 doesn't have drift but the 33 does. So the thrust can't be an issue there either. Also the 33 drifts in the same direction no matter if I'm taxiing north, south, east, or west. So, again, terrain can't be the issue either. Rafalsky
I noticed that pulling left/right occurs during low flight as well, when the gear is down.
