Default Question about wingman and close formation

Hi,

When ever I create a mission that involves me flying around with a wingman and/or any other aircraft in my flight, I'd like them to fly in closer formation.

Currently, my wingman gets into formation as instructed but he's so far away as to be barely visible. How can I get him to close right up with me.

I suspect I'm missing something very obvious!

Thanks!

Luke

From my experience, the only formation where AI will fly close together is "Finger Four". Unfortunately, this can only be set in the mission editor. There is no radio command for it.

Which aircraft are you flying? Not that it should matter. Air brakes should work no matter what.
