Yes, absolutely.

The note was because of the "today".

One thing I like about Eric Johnson is how careful he is with the tone. He looks after every single thing - and I stress the every. There are stories about EJ removing the screw under the Fuzz Face so it would sound a different way, or putting a wooden block under an overdrive pedal to make it sound like this or that, and similar stuff. It's funnily interesting.

To not let this thread sink into oblivion, now for something completely different:

The excellent austrian beatboxing/vocal group "Bauchklang":

A couple ones from home.

If you're into either Brazilian music or Blues, this is for you

Celso Blues Boy is easily our greatest name when it comes to blues.

Here is an awesome version (my favourite) of the classic "Aquarela do Brasil", by Ary Barroso. I uploaded it specially for you, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do . (By the way, the city in the picture is Rio de Janeiro, with its magnificent beaches, hills and atmosphere)

Bossa Nova + Blues

Straight from the northeast:

And a very, very old Blues recording, "Cavaquinho Boogie", by Garôto (1915-1955).

I think I smell a buuuuuuuuump, oh I think I smell a bump (I Think I Smell A Rat, White Stripes)

So, like, we're supposed to post music here, right...?

Some friends recorded it on last december, a "Christmas Ballad" Guitar JAM. It has something around 18 guitarrists playing on the same song, most professional experienced guitarrists.

Enjoy

A serious candidate to "Best Band Ever", never heard a single bad song by them.

And Mark Knopfler is just beyond awesome.

If you play guitar, you mustwatch this film.

It Might Get Loud
- Probably the best music documentary ever made.

Jimmy Page, Jack White and The Edge in the same film, just totally epic
