Can we expect to see lowered performance with the increased draw and render distances, or have they somehow managed to do this with no impact?

 

You may, however in our testing it was marginal.

Great update to the Hornet and Tomcat.

 

I am curious what the the below fix is all about in the Hornet.

 

Digital Map: electric circuit, TV screen condition for camera fixed.

Was I too naive, expecting an I-16 update? The lack of kneeboard cant be that hard to fix, as it is functionality provided by the DCS framework :(

 

For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra

Its is nice that co-ords are reported correctly now

 

 

Really wish the AI no firing in MP dedicated server was fixed, its kinda

turns it from DCS or just DS ... without the Combat part , crossing my fingers for next patch

perfomance is reduced. big time. can anyone advise which luas can i edit to bring back draw and rendering distance of previous OB version? unflyable now with tgp :badmood:

Neither am I seeing any change to ultra in shadow setting. Same old settings.

Dedi server norender bug is reported as mentioned before, it is a complicated issue, when it is fixed it will be in the change log.

 

Please keep this thread for the current patch notes

Interesting question. Not sure if this release is suitable for a public release and at the same time it seems that ED prefers 2 weeks between each OB release. It would be nice to see another OB this week, but totally understand if they take another week or 2 to iron out some bugs and/or new content.

As the F10 map features from the Viggen and the Tomcat cannot be used in the actual OB, it would be really nice if they would release a new OB today.

I never liked those features anyways :P
