New DRM - I have a query about it

Recommended Posts

Hi ED,

Quick question regarding the new DRM that has come with 2.5

With this new DRM does it mean that all future released products for DCS will use it ?

If yes does this mean that ED will no longer be using Starforce (and thus saving ED license fees?)

Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit

DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

Yes

Yes and no. As long a modules exist that still use StarForce, I would imagine ED will still be paying fees for the service/license.

So that means ED could indeed then give a free copy of Persian Gulf to server

hosters for them to use, without it costing ED any money
