Default Pesky Hypoxia issue seems to be back

Was doing some formation practice in the Hawk yesterday. Got up to over 20,000 feet and after about 10 minutes I found that everything outside of my plane was very fuzzy. Just like the original issue, everything inside of the cockpit is clear as a bell.
This problem popping up for anyone else??
