Default Completed Aces II Ejection Seat

Hi Guys

I wanted to share a few pictures of a Black Aces II Ejection Seat I completed for a customer.

Enjoy and let me know if I can answer any questions.

As you can imagine, it takes one heck of a crate to ship the completed Aces II Ejection Seat. Ans it's not cheap either.

I still have 2 Seat Backs and Bottoms for sale. They are Black ABS, just like on the seat in the pictures above. Send me a PM if you're interested in them. When they're gone...they're gone for good.

Very nice! I'll be attempting to build one this winter most likely. Still working on cockpit panels at the moment. Were you able to find technical drawings of the ACES II? I've not gotten that far yet.

Hi WhoMadeWho,

Love your handle by the way.

My best friend is a Lt Col and F-16CJ Pilot at McEntire JNG in SC. He flys F-16CJ's for the 169th Fighter Wing. SWAMP FOX Fighter Squadron

He is still wearing Major Clusters in the photo below.

Anyway, he helped me by introducing me to the 169th Life Support Guys who maintain the seats. I was able to take just over 400 images and tons of measurements to ensure my Aces II Ejection Seat kit is spot on accurate...to 1/64th of an inch

You can find some of the Pictures in the Gallery located HERE

I do sell the Aces II Seat Plans. They come with the F-16 Cockpit Engineering Drawing Plans for 39.95. Let me know if you're interested. I have a dedicated F-16 Plans thread HERE

The plans include all the measurements for all the pieces to make the F-16 Cockpit, Center Pedestal, Main and Side Instrument Panels, the Aces II Seat Kit and much much more.

Let me know if I can help.

Thanks, Bazooka,

It's only the second time I've built a "Black" Aces II Seat kits for customers. The first one was featured in the first Iron Man movie, in the F-22 ejection sequence. Pics below.

Thanks again for the kind words.

Enjoy

Still adding the accessories in these pictures before shipping to Hollywood.
