ex81
Inbound for the carrier. A two ship flight in front of me. First plane lands on SC. Second plane crashes into water (don`t know why) Now, when I reach 3 nm from carrier I don`t get a signal charlie. I went on doing a case one recovery and never got clearence. Landing on the SC with contacting the LSO before touch down, the only result is: NC / No proper communication. Looks like a bug to me. What do you thing ? What goes up, must come down ! jmarso
Did you give the "See you at 10" call? I think that's what triggers the switch to tower and the Charlie signal.
ex81
Yes, I did. I believe it is because the second plane never landed. This might have puzzled the ATC "software". It expected two landings and because the second did not happen, I never got a signal charlie. Question: BUG ? What goes up, must come down !
