Default Blurry Regions within Terrain Maps

**running w7/64 and using a MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Duke OC 11GB, 16GB RAM on MOBO, CPU is i7 4770
**attached are my NVidia settings + DCS System settings image
**please look at pics showing blurry regions within red loops

Am wondering with my system is this normal? only blurry for longer distances and nearer distances close to the ground are sharp and clear?
Am wondering with my settings in use as shown by pics (which are very high) are my expectations graphically speaking too high?
Alternatively is this caused by an Nvidia Control Panel Setting or in game settings?
My GPU is new and I have not used a card as powerful as this one before.

Thanking you. Gary

Try adding some Anisotropic Filtering in the games system settings. x8 or x16. I can see you have it disabled.

Thanks Knock-Knock. Set Anisotropic Filtering in game to 16X and is a definite improvement.
Blurriness now only occurs at high distances and at an equal distance in every direction from aircraft. No more patches of blurriness at closer distances from aircraft. Appreciated...Gary
