Where is the activation key supposed to be sent?

Ok, so I now am able to log in to my account on DCS. But it does not show any modules, orders, activation keys, serials, etc. Nothing. Just name and email. Orders show nothing.

Am I supposed to be seeing something here? DCS World module manager shows that I have not bought anything.

I have written back to support but they have not replied.

and go to your account and looks in your orders list, press detail and then you should see the activation code, if the money already got received and the module paid

You should receive your keys via e-mail. They should have been sent from an email adress called noreply@eagle.ru

Hmm, I'm in Orders and there are no orders listed.

I get "Orders not found. You can order something". I've also not been sent any email.

Support is not replying to me. Credit account shows that nothing has been charged.

Did you guys have your orders go through right away?

If order went through you should see Install instead of Buy in module manager and a box pops up saying you can now install module. As Sryan pointed out you also get Email with activation key. Orders have always went through right away for me.

My orders are typically processed immediatly. If a payment does not process within a reasonable amount of time you should get this email:

And your orders list should look like this:

So I think it's safe to say you can try again. Is this your first purchase?

Yeah, this is my first order.

So, I'm guessing my order has not gone through. Something screwed up.

I'll wait a while to see if ED or Support ever message me back.

May be buying something else instead. :p

Emails, sometimes, do not arrive for reasons unknown, but I have never had a problem with an order being processed immediately. Based on my history of about 20 different orders paid with either CC or PayPal.

Same...not that it helps, every order I have place has gone through immediately. I usually pay with debit/visa credit card. The only time I ever had a problem was when NTTR first dropped but I think that was a server overload.

You should have gotten email confirmation. And the order should be in your orders at acct. if it's your first...Check your junk mail!

Thanks guys. Haven't been able to come back 'till now, but they got it all cleared up in the end. Something just went really wrong with the order, and they eventually sent me my keys.
