Happend in OpenBeta 2.5.5.34644, in a multiplayer environment. I can easily answer this additional question, since in my MP mission this guy is set to "Use ECM" >> "Use if detected or locked by radar". At least, Battery OFF would kill ECM ... bad pilot!
